The Order Process
What is involved in the order process?
Select your rv type and fill out the order form. When you are satisfied with your form selections check the box to enable the form and click "Send" and your form will be sent to my office for review.
On the next page click the Buy Now button and you will be redirected to PayPal to finalize the shipping details and make the payment using any of these methods. 
We will assemble your custom made rv decal using your form selections. An email will be sent within 2 business days to the email address provided with a proof copy of your personalized decal. Please review your proof copy and if any changes are necessary reply to the email with those changes.
When you are satisfied with your decal proof reply to the email stating that you are satisfied and we will begin production of your order. The standard production time is 2-3 business days from the time of proof approval.
Your order will be shipped for free to the address provided via USPS mail along with the installation tool.

My Order
Will you send a decal proof before you process my order?
Digital decal proofs are sent for all orders within 2 business days of purchase. Your proof will be sent to the email address that is associated with your order. You must reply with confirmation and approval of the proof before we will process your order. Please remember that the production time does not begin until after the decal proof has been approved.
What is your standard production time?
The standard production time is 2-3 business days from the time of proof approval. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your proof and 2-3 business days for production time. Once complete your order will be shipped for free using USPS shipping to the address provided.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments through PayPal using any of these methods which gives you peace of mind knowing that PayPal's secure service protects your personal information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a one year, no questions asked, 100% risk free money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your custom rv decal just let us know within one year of purchase and we will replace your decal or refund the purchase price, no questions asked.

Where can I install my decal?
Our decals are designed to be installed on the exterior of the glass. Please refer to the installation instruction sheet regarding positioning the decal to insure proper placement. It's best if you a have a rear window wiper to install the decal out of reach from the wiper blade to prevent any possible damage to the decal.
How do I install my decal?
A comprehensive decal instructions sheet titled "Simple Steps to Start Sticking Sticky Stickers on Stuff" will be included with every order. You can also get the installation instructions by clicking I'm Ready to Start Sticking Sticky Stickers on My Stuff.
What if I get an air bubble in my decal during installation?
Most small air bubbles will dissipate on their own within 3 weeks. If you get a large air bubble in the decal, puncture the air bubble with a pin to release the air. Then use the supplied squeegee working from the outside edges of the bubble to release the remaining air.
Are the decals removable and reusable?
The decals are removable but are not reusable. During the removal process you will destroy the decal. If you need to reorder your decal for any reason please contact us for a reduced rate.
How do I remove my decal?
If you need to remove your decal for any reason, use a plastic razor blade at a 45 degree angle to carefully peel the decal off of the glass. Once the decal is removed you will need to clean the glass to remove any adhesive residue left behind.
